Who we are

Dennis Schmeiler, founder

Dennis founded Prime Handyman LLC in 2022 after a career in project management and construction — residential estates, historical restorations and large-scale projects where the details were never optional.

That same planning and preventative-maintenance mindset is what makes a small repair last. Licensed contractor–owned, owner-operated, based in Charleston and serving the surrounding Lowcountry.
